Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. This promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Purchase, smartphone and mobile phone number required for entry. Smartphone, UK bank account, internet access and email address required to claim in the event you are a winner.
3. Opens for entries at 00:00 on 26^th December 2024 and closes for entries at 23:59 on 21^st April 2025. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the promotion.
4. The promotion is limited to one entry per person and mobile number, per week with a maximum of six entries per person in total throughout the promotional period. Maximum of one cash prize per person throughout the promotional period. The entry and win limits apply across all retailers.
5. To enter the promotion, you must purchase a qualifying Lindt GOLD BUNNY from a participating retailer (see clause 7 for list of promotional products), scan the QR code found on in-store point of sale materials and off-shelf displays or text LINDT, your date of birth in the following format DDMMYYYY and the last four digits of your product barcode to 66222. Tesco shoppers must purchase a qualifying Lindt GOLD BUNNY and scan the QR code found on in-store point of sale materials and off-shelf displays or text TESCO, your date of birth in the following format DDMMYYYY and the last four digits of your product barcode to 66222. In scanning the QR code with your smartphone, the SMS app will open and will prepopulate the short code and keyword. Complete the text message by adding your date of birth in the following format DDMMYYYY and the last 4 digits of your product barcode from pack to enter the prize draw.

8. Prizes
   1. All participating retailers:
      1. 1x £5,000 cash prize
      2. 5x £1,000 cash prizes
      3. 50x £100 cash prizes

      5. 300x £20 cash prizes
   2. Tesco only:
      1. An additional 100x £50 cash prizes
9. There will be two prize draws. The main prize draw will take place within 14 days of the close date of the promotion. All valid entries will be placed into this main draw. All valid Tesco entries which have not won a prize in the main draw will be placed into a second prize draw for a chance to win the prizes listed in 8.ii above. This second prize draw will take place within 7 days of the main draw.
10. All winners will receive an SMS within 14 days of a draw confirming their win, along with a link to claim their prize. Winners will be required to complete the claim form with their personal details and bank details in order to claim their prize. Prizes will be paid via bank transfer. Winners’ details entered on the claim form must match the details used upon entry. Bank transfer payments will only be made payable to the person whose name appears on the online claim form and the bank details entered. Please ensure your name is typed correctly and matches the name of the account holder. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects fulfilment of their prize. Bank transfer payments will be administered by Umbrella Risk Management Ltd. Winners that do not complete the claim form within 7 days of sending will forfeit their prize. All prizes will be paid via bank transfer only. No other methods of payment are available.
11. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have accurately provided a valid mobile number to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 14 days of it being sent.
12. The winners of the prize draws will be electronically drawn at random by an independent third party from all valid entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. An appropriate number of reserves will be drawn at the same time as the winners. The winners will be notified by phone to the mobile number provided upon entry within 14 days of the prize draw. A maximum of one round reserves will be contacted if prizes remain unclaimed after 7 days.

General

13. All entries/claims must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries/claims will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for an equivalent or greater value should the original prize offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
15. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.
16. The main prize (8.1.a and 8.i.b) winners’ surnames and counties are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Lindt GOLD BUNNY (8232), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).
17. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims by requesting proof of identity (passport, driving license or equivalent) and further verification if required and to refuse to award claims where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s requirements.
19. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
21. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter
22. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
23. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.
24. The Promoter will collect and process certain personal information from entrants which, by taking part in the promotion, the entrants’ consent to. The Promoter will only use the personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and, if your consent is obtained, to send you emails containing news and offers from Lindt and for no other purpose, unless the Promoter obtains your consent. However, personal data supplied during the course of the promotion may be passed on to third party supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the promotion. The personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). 25. This Promotion is governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
